This week has been a whirlwind of creativity and productivity right here at home. My primary focus has been on transforming our bathroom vanity with a fresh coat of paint. To achieve the smoothest, most professional finish possible, I carefully removed all the drawers and cabinet doors, setting them up on saw horses in my studioffice. This dedicated workspace has proven invaluable, allowing me to approach the painting process in a methodical, production-line style, ensuring each piece receives meticulous attention.

I believe that patience is key when it comes to painting, especially for a prominent piece like a bathroom vanity. By taking my time with each step – from thorough cleaning and sanding to applying multiple thin coats of primer and paint – I’m confident the end result will be a beautifully smooth, durable surface. So far, the vanity base is fully painted, and the backs of the doors and drawer fronts are complete.
