Sealing natural stone is a straightforward process, typically involving a ready-made sealer that can be easily brushed or wiped on. Our contractor, Tom, went a step further by mixing Grout Maximizer into the grout. This additive helps maintain a uniform color, prevents efflorescence, and provides an additional layer of sealing for the grout lines. For the stone itself, he applied Premium Stone Sealer, ensuring comprehensive protection against water penetration and staining. These professional-grade products and application methods are key to preserving the beauty and longevity of our new stone shower.
For now, we have the pleasure of enjoying this beautifully renovated shower, appreciating the luxurious feel and enhanced functionality.
