Thanks for stopping by this week’s Style Scouting — my Sunday post where I share the things that caught my eye online or inspired me over the past week.

I’ve been spending more time offline lately, enjoying quieter moments away from my phone. That means fewer posts here, but it’s been refreshing to slow down and appreciate simple pleasures in a world that moves fast.
I’ve also been dealing with a calf and knee issue for about eight weeks, which has forced me to take it easier. I attempted an MRI last week but couldn’t keep my leg still because of the pain, so I’m hoping a stronger pain regimen will let me get the scan tomorrow and finally find out what’s going on.
I did finish a little decorating project and will share photos and a post about it later this week.
Wishing you a lovely week. Here are the links and discoveries I gathered for you this week.

I love the soft blue accents and the thoughtful decorative details in this kitchen by Bria Hammel Interiors.

Fashion, Health & Beauty

Eating outdoors has mental health benefits; I’m ready for more alfresco meals once the weather cooperates.
This little line made me smile: “No offense, but you look like you could use a screened-in porch and a thunderstorm and a book and some slightly underdone chocolate chip cookies.”
Something to Think About
