Style Scouting: Vol. 109
Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Style Scouting. My Sunday post where I share the random stuff that captured my attention or inspired me that I found online.
Did you ever have one of those weeks that everything started out great and then it all went downhill fast! That explains my week.
I was on a roll with a few projects and then a crown I have on a back tooth felt like it shifted. It didn’t hurt, but I could tell something wasn’t right and called the dentist.
She saw me the next day and found that the tooth under the crown broke off. Hence nothing to hold the crown on any longer. It felt weird, but not painful. The next day I had to go back to have the remaining tooth extracted. Not fun and painful!!!
Now I have to wait for 6 months until I can get an implant. In the meantime I will have a missing tooth. It is an odd feeling. So instead of working on the blog the past few days, I have been back and forth to the dentist and pharmacy picking up pain meds and trying to relax while icing my cheek and doing oral care round the clock.
I do feel better now and am looking forward to a better week ahead.

Now that fall is coming, soon it will be time to put my shorts and skorts away for the season. I need new jeans and found these. I had a pair of them years ago and was happy to find them. They have a slight boot cut which is more flattering than a straight leg for my body shape.
